You have to hand it Microsoft. Even when they know that everyone knows they’re ripping off Nintendo as part of a campaign to sell their console to customers outside the male 12-25 demographic, they keep on keeping on. Interesting, shows Microsoft is finally getting it. Too bad, Nintendo beat them to it, like 5 years ago with the Gamecube and more recently with the Wii. Xbox had so much potential too.
Despite strong Xbox sales over Thanksgiving weekend, Microsoft couldn’t match the demand for the Nintendo Wii.The independent game sales tracking group NPD has reported that the Wii is still the hottest console out there, outselling the Xbox by nearly 3-to-1 last month.
