50,000 Pairs of Shoes in 50 Days // Update

December 22nd, 2008 Nintendo Wii Review No comments
Christmas is fast approaching and soon (for some) the gifts purchased up to this point will translate into a lousy January, but if you haven’t finished quite yet, please consider the 50,000 Shoes campaign. As b/ said in his post, there are so many worthy charities around this time of year, but one that is truly worthy is spending just $5 for 2 pairs of shoes for someone who doesn’t have any shoes. I was listening to a song called “The Christian” this morning when I was getting ready for work,

Recipes from a game console? November 25, 2008 I’m a bit ashamed to disclose this but I am a game addict. I am so addicted to games that I have not just my pc with loads of games in it but I have a PS2, a Nintendo DS (so used the top is broken), a PSP and have been contemplating on purchasing a Wii this Christmas, as a gift to myself! Are you shock yet? Ha! ha! ha! But I kid you not. Because I am not a bag nor shoes collector (as how my husband describe women) but a gamer, oh that sounds so

Beginner Guide To The World of Warcraft Auction House

October 23rd, 2008 Nintendo Wii Review No comments
Being ‘out of gold’ is pretty common among new WoW players. I was in your shoes once, not able to buy the items that I want. After more than three years of experience, I learned many gold tips, and I am here to share with you one method that will help you get started. When I walked into Darnassus Auction House for the first time on my first toon ever, I was astounded by the traffic flow of items. Something just clicked in that moment; the simple rule of ‘buying low and selling high’ popped in

Wii Fit Balance Board Clear Silicone Sleeve

With this stylish silicone sleeve, you can protect your Wii Balance Board from the wear and tear of every day use. The soft silicone material acts as an absorbent to lessen the impact of steps taken on the Balance Board, which is sure to happen with active game playing. This sleeve has cut-out openings in areas that correspond with the bottom of the Balance Board and front switch/ LED indicator, allowing easy accessibility. Perfect for preserving your Wii Balance Board in mint condition, this silicone sleeve is a must have for every Wii Balance Board owner.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Silicone for Comfort
The silicone sleeve adds comfort to stocking feet. More importantly it adds non slip protection.

5 Stars Nice addition to the Wii Fit
Fits perfectly over the Wii. My Wii Fit board was getting dirty, so I got this and it works great.

4 Stars Great product
I am very pleased with this product. The board gets dirty very easily, and isn’t the most comfortable thing for constant stepping. Once I put this on, I have not had to do much cleaning and it still looks great. It is also much more comfortable on the feet. I had worried it may be slippery, but not at all. I feel more secure with it on. My two little kids use it, and they get a kick out of the glow in the dark feature. We didn’t need it to glow, they just think it is cool. It is very easy to put on, very durable (standing up to 2 adults, and 2 small children with almost daily use), and easy to clean when you have to. Love it and recommend it.

5 Stars CLEAR SLEEVE
I ordered this after reading the other comments posted. It protects the WIIFIT board from dirty feet or shoes and it does seem to give you a better grip if you are bare footed. I am glad I ordered it and very easy to put on.

3 Stars silicone cover for balance board
it ripped the first 10 minutes i had it. it’s easier to rip than paper. it does keep your white board clean though. i would look to something a little more sturdy.

Disaster: Day of Crisis No Longer Pinned Under Rubble Of Indefinite Delay Nintendo has dated Disaster: Day of Crisis for Europe, pegging the Wii action-adventure for October 24, curing it of its previously reported "indefinitely delayed" status. From developers Monolith Soft (Baten Kaitos, Xenosaga), Disaster puts gamers in the shoes and beard of Raymond Bryce, retired U.S. Marine and former International Rescue Team operative, as he takes on terrorist organization SURGE and various natural d
